The Elms are delighted to offer players of all standards the opportunity of joining our Summer Singles League Championship 2012
- Each player MUST have a BTM registered number & rating in order to participate
- Divisions according to number of entries per category
- Each player will play every member of their division once during the league
- Promotions and relegations take place at the end of each league
- Trophies will be awarded to each category winner
| THE MATCHES |

| Each player will be responsible for organising their own match. The person in the ‘Home’ fixture will be responsible for booking the court for a time and date that suits both players. Telephone numbers for each player in your category will be provided by The Elms. Should The Elms courts NOT be available, matches can take place at alternative venues although there may be a booking fee. |
| MATCH RESULTS |
| The winner of each match will be responsible for recording the Match Result on the website – this MUST be done within 48 hours. Match results and league tables will be updated as soon as possible. Failure to do so will render the result invalid. |
| UNPLAYED MATCHES |
| Should a match NOT be played within the time period allowed, this match will be classed as VOID and no points will be awarded. If a player does not complete 2 or more of their matches, they will automatically be disqualified from the league and the Championship |

| BTM NUMBER |
| To obtain a BTM number please telephone the LTA on 020 8487 7000, then select 1 for membership. Ask for a players rating and you MUST state that you play at The Elms Tennis Club in order to receive your BTM number for free. |
