Terms and Conditions
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed once you have completed the online booking and paid the relevant fee.
Money back guarantee
If your child does not settle well (at either school courses or camp) we will offer a pro-rata refund.
Payments
No child will be permitted to attend a course/camp without full prior payment.
Cancellation policy
School clubs, including breakfast, lunchtime and after school activity clubs.
Individual sessions:
We can only offer refunds if the School or The Elms Sport in Schools cancels a session. In the event of a child
missing a session due to another commitment, or illness, we cannot offer a refund.
Whole Term:
If you book a course for your child and after the first session they decide that they do not wish to continue
with
the course, we will happily refund you for all outstanding sessions. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of
the
next session for any cancellation.
If you book a course and decide before the term commences that you wish to cancel, we will happily refund you for
the term. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
Holiday Activity Camps
We will require 7 days notice for a full refund, and a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking to be moved to an alternative date/credit on account.
Health
You must inform us of any medical issues that your child may have.
Personal items
The Elms Sport in Schools are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Expensive items should be left at home.
Unruly behaviour
The Elms Sport in Schools reserves the right to exclude any child if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous or affects the enjoyment of other children.
In the unlikely event that your child does not enjoy their sport course/camp, please advise us as soon as possible. We do not want children to be unhappy and will do our utmost to ensure they have a happy time.
